By booking with Sarah's Beauty Clinic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Deposits
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
- Deposits are non-refundable, except where the salon cancels the appointment.
- Appointments are only confirmed once proof of payment is received via WhatsApp.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit.
- Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes may need to be rescheduled.
3. Payment
- We accept cash or bank transfer only. No card payments / no swiping.

4. Salon Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully toward staff or other clients.
5. Results
Beauty results may vary based on hair type, skin condition and home care. We commit to our best craftsmanship every visit.
